You should use a [culinary matcha](https://breakawaymatcha.com/culinary-matcha/?ref=explore.breakawaymatcha.com) for smoothies; the large number of ingredients means that you won’t be able to taste the difference, and the nutritional profile is similar … might as well use the less-expensive matcha.
