Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Combine the hummus ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Spoon into a bowl and sprinkle with Matcha Dukkah. Garnish with Matcha Salt.
