Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo (13/15) shrimp, deveined, shells removed, tails intact
- Match Salt
- 1/2 cup Matcha Mayo
- 1/4 teaspoon Sriracha
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Reduce to low, add the shrimp, and cook at a bare simmer until
bright in color. Drain and transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. - Whisk the mayo and hot sauce in a bowl.
- Arrange the shrimp on a plate. Lightly season with Matcha Salt. Serve with the Matcha Mayo
