Shrimp Cocktail with Matcha Mayo Dip is a fresh, modern twist on the classic: chilled, plump shrimp served with a silky matcha‑infused mayo that adds a subtle green‑tea depth to the creamy, tangy dip. It’s elegant, lightly sophisticated, and perfect for parties or a light, protein‑rich appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound jumbo (13/15) shrimp, deveined, shells removed, tails intact
  • Match Salt
  • 1/2 cup Matcha Mayo
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sriracha
  • Lemon wedges


Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Reduce to low, add the shrimp, and cook at a bare simmer until
    bright in color. Drain and transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
  2. Whisk the mayo and hot sauce in a bowl.
  3. Arrange the shrimp on a plate. Lightly season with Matcha Salt. Serve with the Matcha Mayo
    and lemon wedges.
